FV Influencer Campaign

In August, Papermill spearheaded a digitally-led influencer campaign to celebrate the stage one completion of GURNER™’s landmark $600m FV project in Brisbane, and drive rental enquiries with the 20 – 29 year old market for the luxury-appointed apartments.

Papermill employed a social media and content marketing campaign, and engaged nine high-profile Brisbane influencers, to create bespoke FV content that would highlight the lifestyle on offer and drive awareness of the project.

In just three short months we delivered over 50,000 likes across the campaign, reached over a million people and generated over 1.3k new followers across a brand new account, with an average engagement rate of 43.9 percent, way outperforming the industry standard of 0.84 percent.
